Juvo Board Can Assist You Towards a Better Quality of Life

A recent study in the British Medical Journal showed that over a 2 year span of time, elderly women who participated in a balance training program, decreased their risk of falling and decreased their risk of injuries overall, as well as improving physical fitness function. The french study of 706 women aged 75-85, living in their own home, and with diminished balance and gait capacities, saw marked improvement after combining weekly group and individual sessions of balance training.
And since Juvo Board offers a “Balance” position, it would stand to reason that many could benefit from training on such a surface, and revitalize their health, regaining some lost function or gait, in addition to improving their physical fitness overall!
