I am not ashamed to admit it is something I do, and can’t seem to stop. I can’t sit still, I’m a knee-bouncer, I stand when I eat, I actually “run” errands. I love anything active, and sitting is almost mind-numbing. And like most over-trainers (and you know who you are), I don’t sleep well.
